The location is good and hotel is located in a pleasant area of Naples.
As they say in real estate: location, location, location.
The location was great and the front desk was helpful.

However, we had to take a taxi and the rates varied from 10 euros to 22 euros for one way, thanks to the somewhat dodgy taxi drivers, so make sure you agree in advance how much it will cost or prepare to get taken for a ride, so to speak.
My room, single occupancy 104 euro, had a massive double bed, well-equipped bathroom (but bigger people or Americans may struggle with the shower), mini bar (reasonable prices) and electronic safe.
The room was very good, the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub (although it didn't work but wonderful to soak in after the plane), the staff helpful, and the breakfast among the best we had on our three week jaunt.
We were given a seond room the next night and the bed was slightly better.
The first room we had was the worst - the bed squeaked and the matress was tilted on one side.
Our room was fairly large; the bathroom was average size.
The buffet breakfast is served in the small lounge and was civilised.
Its on a main pedestrian walkway near to a myriad of excellent restaurants as well as within walking distance of some of Naples major sites.
And they were helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with my tourism needs such as restaurants (try Amici Mei) and train schedules.
Can I also recommend the Pizzeria named Brandi, on Salita Sant'Anna di Palazzo (just off Via Chiaia), fantastic restaurant.
Breakfasts at the Chiaja are great for those with a sweet tooth.

Excellent location, we had a very good welcome and the reception staff were very friendly.
Ask the front desk staff for a voucher if you want to have this alternate experience.
We needed to change reservations in another city and the front desk went above and beyond expectations.
Alex then told me the elevator is reliable and would say this was a uniique occurence.
Basically, Naples needs a cleanup and a face lift.
The hotel is on the second floor, but there is an elevator that costs Euro 0.
