Bar prices were a bit high but hey its a hotel.
The hotel was peaceful, prices were reasonable and hot' buffett style breakfast was stone cold.
The location is superb, the hotel is set in beautiful countryside and the staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful.
Excellent tranquil location and the food was of good quality.
I liked the following: The location, relaxed & peaceful setting and all the staff were very friendly.
Just 5 mins taxi from the airport, decor excellent and staff very helpful & polite.
Both the Britannia and Chevin Country Park do stay and fly deals with free transport to the airport.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and the heating worked well The pool complex allows a quck dip, the pool was clean and the water warm.
Room (standard) was very small and cramped but with comfy bed, hot water was only warm even early in the morning and TV gave very poor picture.
We booked the Dale Suite and I think they have lots of different suites, you have your own little parking area outside your cabin, but they are attached, ours was attached to 2 others and you can hear all bathroom movements.
The room was small with little space around the bed but was fine for one night.
After a night in the hardest bed ever, we noticed there were large ants tramping along the bath from a crack in the wall.
The restaurant menu was not extensive and we had our final meal from the bar menu where there seemed to be more choice.
Furthermore the staff are wonderful, 2 small bottles of mineral water per room would be good and the restaurant is fabulous serving a high standard of cuisine.
Fair enough, we decided to have some lunch in the restaurant or bar.
The restaurant was 'closed' and the bar stopped serving food at 1.
The food in the restaurant and bar is disappointing and overpriced for the poor quality.
The reception and service staff were well turned out and very attentive, and nothing was too much trouble.
Very close to Leeds Bradford Airport, the service very good some areas of the hotel look dated and staff I find generally polite an attentive.
Good views, just a lovely hotel and reception staff excellent.
A decked area overlooks a well stocked pond, pleasant welcome at reception and the staff were all very polite and friendly.
The swimming pool, jacuzzi & gym are also really great and we had a lovely day relaxing there.
The waitresses packing up our cupcakes in their boxes were lovely and spa pool were good.
Rooms are comfortable, jacuzzi gym are also really great and the food is very good indeed.
Room clean and tidy, indoor jacuzzi's looked dated, comfy sofas etc.
The room was clean and the food was excellent.
Very friendly helpful staff and changing room nice and clean.
Furthermore the rooms were clean and bar prices were a bit high.
