This hotel's location is great, as it is very close to the bus station and in the center of town, which makes it easy to explore the surroundings. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning can be easily adjusted to personal preference. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast options are very limited and not suitable for people who prefer Western-style breakfasts.

We loved our stay in this hotel! Its location in the heart of town was perfect for us, with many amenities within walking distance like convenience stores, laundromats, and great restaurants. We also appreciated the free parking and convenient shuttle service to the bus station. The staff here were amazing; Kevin at the reception was very friendly and spoke English very well, he gave us helpful advice and answered all our questions. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view facing the mountain.

Spent my New Year’s Eve at a hotel in the bustling center of Puli. My room was spotlessly clean and offered an agreeable accommodation. The air conditioning was adjustable to suit my personal needs, ensuring a comfortable stay. The highlight was the friendliness of the staff, who offered excellent service that made me feel at home. Location was very ideal as the Hotel was located near restaurants, bars and shops. I could explore and enjoy what the town has to offer.

The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing as it didn't cater for westerners. The urn tea, mixed with milk and sugar, wasn't to my taste.

The staff at Cheng Pao Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our needs were met. The location of the hotel was perfect, with convenient shops and amenities within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the stunning view of the mountains from our room. I would highly recommend Cheng Pao Hotel for its excellent service and great location.

The view from our room was amazing, we could see the mountains and it was really beautiful at night. The bed was comfortable and we had multiple pillow options to choose from. , the room was well maintained and clean.

The staff wasn't very helpful during our stay. When we asked for information about local sites or the breakfast options, they said they were too busy with large groups and we should come back later.
