We were greeted with exceptional service from the moment we arrived at Anantara. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our honeymoon stay was perfect. The breakfast to go at 4:30am on the day of our departure was a delightful surprise. The dining by design dinner for 2 on the terrace was a truly memorable experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, with luxurious rooms, and the food was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing couples getaway. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

I recently stayed at Anantara and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was absolutely lovely, with excellent facilities and a beautifully decorated room. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The counter staff, especially Kevin, were friendly and helpful. The size of the hotel was perfect, allowing for picturesque photos. The room itself was top-notch, and although it was a bit expensive, it was definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and would love to come back in the future.
100% Recommend this hotel.

I have never stayed in a hotel that was that organized in every respect. I used to work as a consultant for hotels in my younger days, and this hotel can be used as an example of the "state of the art". Please note that I am quite critical but in this case it is difficult to identify "room for improvements".Leif
Prices for laundry much exceeds for which you can buy new clothes.

The service, luxury and location were all as expected. The hotel is not new but is well maintained. The limited number of rooms made for an uncrowded peaceful stay

Stunning modern design, excellent and helpful staff
Rooms overlook each other; no DVD or iPod player, no business centre, very expensive bar/restaurant, average breakfast (hot dishes always luke warm). Falling behind the competition

Location: the hotel was close enough to the walled city is about a 15 minute walk away, and the Anusarn Night Market, which was fun to wander round and contained many basic eating places. The room was great-sized and beautifully maintained, the beds were good...
Well, Wi-Fi was hopeless.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was really close to the night market and smack in the center of the city. I loved being by the Ping river, it created a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming pool. The breakfast spread had a wide variety to choose from and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The resort is conveniently located near the vibrant night market, offering a wide array of dining options and street food for a delicious dinner experience. The bustling night markets are just a stone's throw away, making it easy to explore the local culture and find unique souvenirs to bring back home. The room and bathroom are well-maintained, providing a comfortable and clean space to relax after a busy day of exploring. The friendly and attentive staff ensure excellent service throughout your stay.
The kids' activity time is limited and located inside the gym, which may prove inconvenient and disruptive for gym-goers who prefer a quieter environment.
