Great location next to the river the Geul, beautiful hotel in a very attractive region of the Netherlands and staff was very friendly and professional.

Beautiful location in a pretty valley, the hotel itself is nice and efficient service no more than polite.

Quiet location and overall an excellent place for a relaxing.

Nice location near maastricht, not walkable but they have a shuttleservice.

We had a senior suite which was 2 levels, consisting of 2 beds/baths and full kitchen.

And we had to call twice for the personnel to change the couch into a bed for the children: if the children have to go to bed at 7/7.

It was a lovely spacious appartment with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms.

30 and we specifically request for the couch/bed change at or before 7 o'clock, you just can't show up at 7.

Charming rooms individually decorated and the restaurant was really excellent.

The next morning we got up early and after a nice breakfast we went to do some sightseeing in Maastricht.

The surrounding area is beautiful and the restaurant is very high quality.

The food in one word was excellent, we took an extensive menu and all dishes were fabulous.

Everything you see, drink or eat is perfect.

We had a great stay and the staff service was excellent.

Impressive surroundings, great place to spend a few days and staff is friendly and helpfull.

Very nice surroundings and the courtesy bus service to/from Maastricht is very good.

Some great walking areas, good walks possible nearby and the hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Very nice surroundings and the courtesy bus service to/from Maastricht is very good. Beautiful setting of castle and very luxurious set in spectacular countryside. Staff is professional and friendly, the room is very comfortable. Drink or eat is perfect.

We stayed two nights in a senior suite (one level), which is perfect for two adults and two children (3 and 5).

One minor comment: we ordered room-service, one small lasagna for our children to share, two glasses of milk and two icecream, and payed about 35,- for that, which is really overpriced (bearing in mind that the lasagna only cost 15 euros).
