Great location close to downtown, restaurants, and bars. The very helpful staff with a great attitude towards guests.

The beds at Chateau Royale Inn are exceptionally comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The inn has a great location in Lake Geneva, very close to Lake Geneva, WI and the city center. The staff is super friendly and helpful, making for an amiable stay.

It was close to Lake Geneva center - even walkable - at a reasonable price during summer season. Basically a room for sleeping, and as we spent limited time at the hotel, it was acceptable and cean.

Very dated decor, well-worn towels, no peep-hole in door to corridor.

I stayed here for a trip and will come back. Location: the hotel was not far from the lake as well as very close to downtown / the lake. Popped in Sprecher's Restaurant & Pub for shots before sleep, it was not too far away from the venue. Queen room was huge. The bed was very comfy, a bathtub worked well. All the staff was friendly, solved my issues.

The building is definitely old. Carpet was dirty. Services is poor. Water in the Swimming pool was very cold and Jaccuzzi tab was out of order. Smell bad of cigarrettes in first floor. No wi-fi signal in our room. Generally to my conclusion that too expensive for them to charged l50.00 Dollars a night.

Good price. Real close to beach and city. Nice staff. Clean rooms. Worth the price.

Towels were rough.

We stayed in a spacious queen room with central heating, a TV, and a seating area. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short distance from downtown. We also enjoyed having Yogeeze Frozen Yogurt nearby, which offered tea and coffee.

We spent our Mothers Day and our 2nd Anniversary at the Hotel. When we arrived the owner gave us a special room. We were thrilled. Also, John was so friendly and we chatted for awhile. Very personable.

The only thing I can say negative is there were lots of empty beer bottles and cases of beer thrown all over the grass. So that was our view.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and the location was close to the center of town.

The mattress was as hard as a rock. The remote was useless and when I called the front desk I received no resolution. When we turned on the tv manually, it had satalite tv but we could find no local channels. The furniture is quite dated and very worn.

Convenient kitchenette in the room - perfect for making my own meals. The bed was so comfy, I slept really well. The hotel's location was great, close to the beach, shops, and the lake 🏖️.

The lobby was like walking into a jungle-full of plants in big pots & smelled musty. Got to our room & it also smelled musty. One chair in the room had stuffing coming out of it. Windows dirty, cigarette burn holes in bedspread-mix matched furniture. Towels were course, thin and worn out. My husband went down to the pool, hot tub was broken and had yellow tape around it. Chairs were broken, tables very dirty.

First of all, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home and were always ready to help with any requests or questions we had. Secondly, the hotel had a great location. It was conveniently situated near all the major attractions and shopping areas, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy our time in the city. And lastly, the hotel had comfortable and clean rooms. The bed was cozy and the room was well-maintained, providing a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects that we experienced during our stay. Firstly, the hotel could use some renovation and updating.

The smell of smoke was pervasive throughout the building, and there were dirty windows and doors. The carpets had stains, and the bathroom had mold on the shower curtain and floor.
