  Location was good and i liked that the hotel was in walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva. The staff were very friendly and the room was huge.

  Lobby was dirty and the pool was not at all inviting.

  The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and the location was close to the center of town, the staff were really nice. Cable tv had good reception/channels and provided good entertainment.

  The place was dirty rooms, the pool was beautiful temperature was too cool for me.

  Ideal location and good price. Nice staff, owner was friendly and our mattress was very comfortable.

  The room was overpriced for the quality and old furniture and the pillows were flat. Coffee at front desk was not hot, towels were small and thin.

  Cheap, good location and worth the price. Gentleman at front desk friendly, old television and no soap no clean blankets.

  Really a depressing place, not any better in the lobby or the room and too many mirrors. Mattress was really uncomfortable.

  Good customer service from staff and clean rooms. Stained lamp shades.

  Broken chairs in the lool area and very dated decor. Cheap towels and the indoor pool.

  Good location for alpine valley, s fine just for a place to crash for the night.

  The building is definitely old and the Lobby should be cleaned up and more inviting. The furniture is quite dated.

  Location and friendly staff, for an older hotel was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was the best part of the whole day and the room was bigger then we expected. Wireless was incredibly fast, no ice machines floors were filthy and mattress was stained.

  The lobby was outdated, the pool was not heated was cold and dirty.

  Perfect location and the hotel was very quiet. The staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable. The amiable Ukrainian gent at the front desk was funny and helpful, the pool was really nice and big.
