The pool, shaded by umbrella pines and cypress trees, provides the perfect spot to unwind. The rooms are clean and full of character, with stunning views over the countryside. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is typically French, with delicious pastries and fresh fruit. We had a delightful weekend stay at this charming 19th century castle nestled in the picturesque Languedoc countryside. The renovated building effortlessly blends history with modern design, offering spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The infinity pool and beautiful garden with orchards and olive groves added to the enchanting atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious dinners with perfectly paired wines. The staff was attentive and the whole place exuded a calm and private ambiance. We would definitely come back for another memorable stay.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located amidst stunning surroundings with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, making it easy to relax after a busy day of work. I particularly liked the outdoor space and the calming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel's amenities and facilities, such as the bike rentals, pool, and tennis court, were enjoyable and provided a bit of exercise to break up the workday.
The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing, lacking variety and creativity. The Wi-Fi connection was also quite slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get some work done in my room.

Gorgeous Getaway with Sweet Extras
Nestled among lush rolling hills and mesmerizing vineyards, this property offers an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of busy life. The sprawling grounds are gorgeous, with plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful surroundings. The private pools, cozy villas with incredible views, and delicious dining options are definitely key highlights, and the friendly staff go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.
This hotel may not be the place for those who are looking for a shopping spree, as the location is quite secluded. While it offers everything needed for a relaxing break, the lack of shops and stores nearby may inconvenience some.

The accommodations had all the cool gadgets you could want - a flat-screen TV with a DVD Player, an iPod Docking Station, and even a private pool and garden. The panoramic view from our room was mind-blowing! And can we talk about the reception lending out DVDs and iPods with catchy playlists? We had the best movie nights and dance parties ever! Plus, exploring the vineyard trails on foot and by bike was epic!
The only thing we wished for was more nighttime entertainment options for young party-goers like us. It would have been awesome if there were some events or activities specifically tailored to our age group.

The breakfast service is great despite the closed kitchen on December 25th. The receptionist, possibly named Anastasia, provides excellent customer service. The hotel has a beautifully renovated building with a mix of historical and modern designs. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony. There is a lovely outdoor pool and a bar serving amazing cocktails.
