Large car park next to hotel, prices reasonable and the staff were fantastic.
I would recommend paying slightly more per night and opt for a 4 or 5 star hotel close to the excellent town and main beaches in Santander.
The hotel in my opinion has a below average 3 star rating and its location quite remote so a hire care is a must, the hotel is a good twenty minutes drive to the main beaches.
over a euro, i found an ideal overnight stop on arrival by ferry and the owner of the hotel was extremely helpful.
All rooms have twin beds, ours were uncomfortable and found the room generally depressing but clean.
The bathroom was similar with no view and with little headroom over the toilet.
Room was excellent, spoke fluent english as well as spanish.
Friendly helpful staff, new bathroom and only Spanish spoken.
The staff were so polite, room was very large and comfortable.
Had breakfast a couple of times, quite greasy but plenty of food.
Handy for ferry stop overs, the hotel is in a quiet residential area has a cafe bar.
There are a couple of nice restaurants near to the bus stop that are worth a try.
The reception and restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful but spoke little English.
Ideal for overnighting before catching the Santander Ferry to the UK, net you should tell people is in the sodo marine area as was difficult to find and very helpfull staff to make our stay excellent.

Parking at the rear of the hotel was fine, i thought the room large and clean.
