We loved the hotel, good price and the staff was friendly.

The location was great and our hotel was centrally located in the French Quarters allowed us the option to walk to our chosen destinations or have a convenient cab access.

    Perfect location between bourbon St and a traditional New Orleans Hotel. Staff very friendly and clean bathroom. Some great bars and you're surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the world.

    Pool area was very pleasant and the location of the hotel was excellent. Additionally staff were all fabulous and continental breakfast brought to your room - at time you designate.

    The location was great and our hotel was centrally located in the French Quarters allowed us the option to walk to our chosen destinations or have a convenient cab access. The staff were very friendly and my room was just outside the pool on the first floor so was a bit noisy. The breakfast woman was less than helpful.

    Charming pool area, a 2 minute walk from Jackson Square and easy walking distance to the harbour walk. The hotel is beautiful and chateau is a nice building. The staff is great too and beds are so comfortable.

    Price a little bit too high as compared to the comfort, also staying in the french quarter you should expect to be loud.

    Location is great and located well in the French Quarter - close to main streets. Furthermore the place is old, the staff is friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. A continental breakfast is served every morning, just a short walk to local transportation got us farther out of the neighborhood to discover more of New Orleans.
