Chateau & Conference Center Hotel Bloomington - 布卢明顿

The bathroom was filled with wonderful towels and travel samples from "Bath and Body" of lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Our room was full of little bugs, the toilet wouldn't stop running and the fan in the bathroom didn't work.

The staff was pleasant, all managers was exceptional and the bed was very comfortable.

However, the small room/bathroom hadn't been updated in years and wasn't overly clean!

My room was so nice, clean, with everything I needed: fridge with freezer, alarm clock, internet for free, tv, iron,.

We only ate in the restaurant one morning for breakfast - but the buffet was very nice - including made-to-order omelets.

We went to breakfast at their restaurant which was buffet, the food was cold and undercooked.

We had several opportunities to dine in the restaurant for all three meal periods and enjoyed each one of them.

We stopped in the bar/lounge twice - which had a very warm/friendly atmosphere.

Stores, restaurants, movie theater, bus stops are just across the street I didnt want to leave.

The meals were wonderful, the meeting rooms were well equiped, service from waitstaff and all managers was exceptional.

Great service and every employee we encountered there was friendly and helpful.

The front desk manager went out of his way to check with housekeeping - to see if any of the junior king rooms were cleaned and ready (they had been sold out the night before).

Spoke with manager about these customer service failures and he apologized, and stated that if we stayed with them again in the future to call him and he would take care of us.

Twice, when we got on the elevators - employees were there and immediately asked if we'd like to use the elevator before them (not necessary - but definitely customer-focused).

We were concerned that there might be a lot of noise - as our room was right across from the elevators (3rd floor) - and our floor was open outside the hall down to the lobby on the 2nd floor.

There was also a nice, newer jacuzzi/spa.

The rooms are spacious, the indoor pool is clean.

The room was very clean, and the heater/A-C ran well (with built in thermostat - where you could set the temp you wanted).

The room was lovely and very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful!
