The location of the hotel is great, nice view over the lake.

The location is beautiful, the lake very good to walk or run around and hotel surroundings are nice very scenic.

You need to get to the Central Station then jump on the metro to Heysel which then takes a further 15mins.

This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely setting, outside the city but just 20 minutes to the airport and center (except during rush hour!

Furthermore wonderful 4 nights stay, helpful staff and a very comfortable bed.

Normally low noise level except when someone turned on their whirlpool, or the bathtubs turned on the drying system: results in horribly loud gurgling sounds, and not just from one but many rooms.

Bathroom otherwise ok, 70s tiles but updated with a new bathtub (inconvenient for showers).

Bed: Twin (I prefer queen/king), but nice sheets, comfortable.

The staff are very friendly, but not very organised and a little incompetent on things like check out and paying for rooms - we wasted 2 hours having to prove we had already paid for the room so beware.

Restaurant looks out over the lake and the bar meal was fine.

The bar was nice and the breakfast was good.

Spacious bedrooms, all modern fitness equipment and excellent cuisine in gourmet restaurant.

Gorgeous view from the breakfast/restaurant area, served in a beautiful room facing the lake and distances: Long.

Great location, lovely setting overlookling the lake and nice staff at the reception.

The location was perfect for relaxing, the reception staff were excellent and the room was very spacious.

Wonderful fitness center, with steam bath, sauna, rooftop pool with view of the lake, jacuzzi, all modern fitness equipment (not just a stationary bike or two shoved into a corner like many hotels do).

The fitness centre is lovely, the pool is tiny but a powerful jet creates resistance to swim for miles and the centre also has a spa, steam room, sauna and turkish bath for the brave!

Good value for money, decoration are great and inside the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Inside the rooms are clean and comfortable, slow elevator is in the middle of a long hallway.

The hotel itself looks like a castle from the outside and inside the rooms are clean and comfortable, even with major decorating going on they still managed to make it seem quiet.
