Abbaye de Chancelade was 1 mile away, I could even walk there. La Verriere, where you can eat, is within walking distance the hotel;))

This hotel was just a superb base for short break. The room was good sized. Situated only 1 mile from Abbaye de Chancelade.

Property was pleasant, with excellent staff and perfect location in a pleasant suburb of Perigueux. We had a superior queen room with a garden view. Location: the hotel was so close to a modern conservatory built onto the side of the Chateau, a 1 * Michelin restaurant and the outskirts of Perigeuex. There was a Michelin-starred restaurant nearby. The service was very good, the food was good.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location in a pleasant suburb of Perigueux was perfect for us to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden views. The spa and wellness centre was a great addition, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi for us to unwind and rejuvenate ourselves. We also appreciated the delicious meals at the dining restaurant, with a wide range of options to choose from. our experience at this place was truly luxurious and enjoyable.

This place is definitely worth recommending to others.

It was an awesome stay for a romantic weekend. The restaurant was pleasant for dinner here, I had hot dishes. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Perigueux Golf Course was marvellous. Moreover, the area was lovely: )

A Memorable Dining Experience

During my stay at this enchanting chateau, the dining experience in the elegant dining room truly stood out. The grand chandeliers and linen-covered round tables added a touch of grandeur to every meal. The restaurant staff were attentive, explaining each dish in detail. The highlight was the terrace by the pool, where I enjoyed a delightful dinner. The surroundings, with towering Chestnut trees, made for a pleasant promenade. Although the room in the annex was modest and lacked air-conditioning, the cleanliness and provided amenities were satisfactory. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel for its remarkable dining experience and charming ambiance. I was pleased with my stay.

Location so close to a restaurant there, the outskirts of Perigeuex and a modern conservatory built onto the side of the Chateau. Situated only 1 km from Perigueux Golf Course. Amazing interior, huge bathroom, airy room. A wide range of fabulous items for continental breakfast.

Spent a great Easter weekend in a beautiful French countryside hotel. The hotel was surrounded by amazing nature which made my stay really enjoyable. The hotel was well-located and close to all the major attractions in the area. The dining at the hotel was amazing with a good value for money. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The pool was not particularly clean and the surrounding terrace was quite small. The towels supplied in the room were thin.

really fantastic base for a romantic weekend. excellent accommodation with magnificent setting so close to perigueux, the main "castle" and the conservatory. wonderful and bright room with the circular bedroom in the tower-excellent.
