From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the warm welcome and efficient service. The staff spoke English and made us feel at ease. The location was absolutely breathtaking, offering complete tranquility and stunning views. Our room, although compact, was beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities for a short break. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the soft and cozy quilt. The grounds of the hotel were jaw-dropping, with a picturesque courtyard and garden for enjoying breakfast and dinner. The spa was a real treat, with extensive facilities including both indoor and outdoor pools. We even took advantage of the free mountain bikes for a leisurely ride around the area. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. We were delighted to find free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel, a convenient perk. our stay at this hidden gem was an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to return!

The room I was in was a tad noisy - it seemed that there was noise from the kitchen until quite late. The food was enjoyable but not outstanding for the price. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for tea. But these are minor quibbles. Overall the stay was excellent and I would book there again on my next trip to France.

I felt that the staff in the restaurant were very unfriendly, I did not like the food, it was highly processed and it was most unpleasant, also the music in the restaurant was very loud and was very unsuitable hip hop for a Chateau, it is such a pity that such a beautiful place has these drawbacks but with some tweaking things could be far more memorable.

We had a fantastic stay at Chateau De in Villiers-le-Mahieu. The room was compact but beautifully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the quilt was simply wonderful. The setting and surroundings of the chateau were tranquil and picturesque. We enjoyed delicious meals in the restaurant and lounge bar, with the food being well-presented and prepared. The extensive spa facilities, including the wonderful swimming pool, added to our overall enjoyment of our short break. a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

A Majestic Entrance: Upon arrival, I was greeted by a majestic gate and a double row of lime trees, creating a grand entrance that transported me back in time. It felt like stepping into a fairytale!

Modern Restaurant Setting: The restaurant food was delicious, but it was served in a modern restaurant space instead of the original chateau. It would have been nice to dine in a more traditional setting.
