This made good value, though the breakfast was still pricey but no more than an average hotel in England, everything was on the menu from cerials, strawberries to smoked salmon.

Excellent location, a very nice chateau in a quiet village and this hotel was so family friendly.

For this you get a reasonable sized room with a view, (I doubt there are any poor views at this place), reasonable furniture and a comfortable bed and the bathroom while not massive is well appointed.

The bed was large and comfortable, the furnishings nicely appointed, and the bathroom was large with a separate toilet and bidet.

The TV did not work very well and the bathroom and toilet were ridiculously small.

Bed were wonderful and spa were well tended.

Bed were wonderful and dinner in the restaurant was quite good.

Liked the bar and restaurant service less attentive.

Breakfast was way too expensive for a poor selection (25 € a person) so we went to the local pastry shop and ate outside on our terrace.

You don't have to eat in the restaurant though it is very good.

The highlight of our 3 days stay was eating on the restaurant terrace, which is on a hillside overlooking the picturesque town of Rouffach.

We booked the "Relax Alsace" package which included champagne in our room, 4-course meal, wine, and breakfast.

The staff were polite and the man I assume is the manager is exceptionally attentive.

There are several well appointed lounges and bars, but best of all a decent indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

A gym is advertised but is only a couple of simple pieces of apparatus.

An out door pool is available if the weather is good enough.
