For us, it was the best value in a hotel that we have had.
The hotel bar was great--nice space, great drinks, fair prices.
I can't imagine a nicer time to travel to New Orleans than December -- primarily because hotels are such terrific value.
I would say it was a good hotel for the price.
Great location within walking distance to all the French Quarter has to offer, the Chateau Sonesta Hotel is conveniently located near Bourbon St and the service is good.
The location next to the Quarter was fabulous, the ice machine near my room was out of order during my stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Everything about this hotel is first class- the staff, the location, the upkeep and the overall attention to the guest's comfort and enjoyment.

The bathroom was missing shampoo and conditioner, the tile was spotted from water and soap scum, the shower curtain had a bit of mold on it and the coverings on the bed looked very old and worn.
The rooms itself were a very good size, and the bed was very comfortable.
The room was clean, comfortable, and attractive, with high ceilings and a soft bed.
The room was huge but it had only one King size bed that me and my daughters (ages 20 and 11) had to share.

Have breakfast in style, with jazz wafting in the air at Tempo Restaurant, also on the lobby level, featuring a buffet or delicious pickings from a menu.
The location was nice, the hotel staff was friendly and maid service was timely and efficient.
I did not deal with any other front desk personnel but I would assume the same of them as it appears that customer service is a high priority.
The reception at the front desk( Justine & Nicole were awesome) set the tone for the rest of the visit.
Staff was pleasant and the concierge was much more helpful.
Due to the staff shortage though, there was no valet parking so we had to park across the street in a dark, smelly parking garage that the elevator didn't work.
The hotel has a decent lobby nice rooms and a cute pool(open till 11pm).
Our car was kept safe as well in the parking garage across the street.
The staff was very accommodating and room was clean.

The exercise room was very clean, had a variety of cardio equiptment, and had a weight machine.
Charming lobby are nicely lit, the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly and the rooms are big and clean.
The room was clean, the jacuzzi was huge and plopped upon the mattress that was actually very comfortable.
