Thank you for an EXCELLENT stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, with excellent personal, and offers particularly good location near to the beach, or the kids playroom, center, and the ocean with a life vest or flotation device. The rooms are updated and big size and have gorgeous view of the beach and the ocean. The atmosphere of the property is family.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront resort. The rooms were modern and spacious, providing a great view of the sea. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us, even driving us to the hospital late at night. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to both Western and Asian tastes. Additionally, we appreciated the convenient shuttle bus service from the city.

I really liked the location of my room... very convenient... clean beach. good food. nice resort. some staff were retarted i will never stay here again because of a demented stafff they think it is ok to look at customers through the windows

Offers friendly service and great food. Need to mention, free Wi-Fi throughout the property worked really well. The location is particularly good and excellent, 1 mile from a National park. The hotel is set in a great area with views of the mountain.

Location: the hotel was just next door to several pools, the Kenting Street, and hiking trails. Great Bay Kenting Beach district was definitely worth visiting. The room was well-designed and reasonably large, had great views and featured a fridge, coffee/tea making equipment, and a dining area. The beds were big, and the breakfast was extensive.
