Chase Suite Hotel Salt Lake City - 盐湖城

The location was great was close to down town, this hotel was not bad and the lobby area was very clean.

The location was great it was close to down town and easy to find.

Good location, that's a great value and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The same person also picked us up from the airport, and was friendly.

My one complaint was that we thought we'd be much closer to the 4 ski resorts (Alta/Snowbird/Brighton/Solitude), which were 70-90 minutes away on the TRAX south to the bus line.

The rooms were clean, our room had a "new" bed and it was very comfortable be sure and ask for a room with a "new"bed.

Stayed in one of the Chase's 2 Bed-Room Penthouse suites and when we got to our room we were blown away.

And its a suite, mini kitchen, refrigerator sink, coffee maker, microwave, And normal bed and bathroom.

The downstairs bedroom of our suite had a queen bed and was nice.

Upon entering the suite our kids ran up the stairs to the Lofted King Size bedroom with its own personal bathroom upstairs!

Everything you need, from restaurants to supermarkets to ice cream shops, is nearby.

The breakfast was more than I expected, each day they had a different entree all the food was fresh and hot.

We met together for breakfast each day and the evening mixer was a good way for us to decide where to eat that evening.

Didnt eat breakfast there but it was offered every morning.

Anyhow, there were restaurants , shopping and anything you could want within walking distance.

They had decent hot breakfast, fun social hours with free booze, decent hot tub, solid maid service, and easy-going if sometimes uniformed staff.

Furthermore service was not bad and the manager was very accommodating.

We arrived February 29 and at first we were directed to a room that was not even close to what we had reserved The staff corrected this problem immediately.

The staff were all great and they were very accommodating to our pets.

There is a large pool area behind the lobby building and the breakfasts and light evening meals were appreciated.

We were happy with the free parking, free breakfast, heated swimming pool & the picnic/BBQ area.

The internet never worked properly along with one desk phone and half the lights, service was never provided in our three day stay without calling repeatedly, and the pool and jacuzzi were beyond disgusting.

The rooms are on the older side but everything is kept clean and functional.

The rooms were clean and the outfitted kitchen was great.

Relatively clean room, large refrigerator and free breakfast.
