  And few blocks to People Square, the rooms are spacious and have a sitting area and a desk, this hotel is very confortable for me and the price is good. Staff can speak English well and the concierges are pretty helpful. The bathroom is also great.

  The location is ideal and people Square. Price is good already, staff is freindly and the AC in the room didn't seem to cool.

  Great location and the worst hotel. The price is cheaper, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and clean and very spacious. The breakfast is also good.

  Excellent location, 2 minute walk from Nanjing Lu and quality of the room is very good for a 3 start hotel. Receptions here are not too bad.

  Charms hotel is a large hotel just off nanjing road and the reception staff could not understand English well. Room comfort is satisfactory, the breakfast is ok and has some good selection.

  I would stay at the hotel again because of the good location, reception was fast and my Room On The 18th Floor Was Clean. The toilet was not bad started leaking.

  Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a good size and was very clean. Food was not bad.

  Staff did not seem to be particularly bothered by this and just shrugged, our room was clean and modern , my big concern was the bedding, at breakfast we had quite a wide spread of noodles, porridge and pastries.
