The hotel was in a great location, not to close to city centre just a quick 10-15 min walk, which was perfect.

The location was quiet and not too far from downtown.

I liked the location of the hotel and very caring staff.

Most ski hire shops offer a taxi to collect and drop off your ski's which is handy, but wasn't included when we booked through Crystal.

4 blocks down the road and a gas station even closer.

We stayed in a kitchenette suite - one room with a double bed and one with twin beds, seperated by the kitchen and bathroom areas, perfect for our family of 4.

We stayed in a loft suite, which was a split level room with a HUGE bed, large TV and dressing table/mirror upstairs and a wardrobe, another large TV, bathroom and lovely gas fire downstairs.

Our room was their standard - king bed, TV, small fridge, coffee maker and a kettle : ) - nice touch for us tea freaks.

When we arrived the room allocated was compact and had it's door opening directly into the covered carpark with the only window giving a view of the bushes at the side of the hotel - although the furnishings and bed were ok.

My wife and I stayed in one of the loft rooms, and I would highly recommend this room because of the fireplace and roomy downstairs area to go with the spacious loft bedroom.

There is a 'Keg' restaurant next door which provides good value 'all you can eat' buffet breakfast and evening meals.

We left before breakfast and therefore did not try the restaurant.

No restaurant, had to order in for dinner as too tired to go out with toddlers and then go out for breakfast.

It's about a 10 minute stroll from the hotel to Banff centre, where you will find loads of restaurants and good shops.

We never used them since it wasn't particularly convenient and looked overpriced - did eat next door at the Keg restaurant in the Banff Caribou Lodge.

Maid/room service is excellent with spotless rooms and helpful staff.

The service staff was great and the room was amazing.

The front desk staff were great and the room was spacious.

Many restaurants offer a take away service, and reception gave us a magazine, with all of the menus so that we could get food delivered from to the hotel.

We liked the covered parking (no charge, unlike some others) and terry bathrobes to wear to the pool.

The pool and jacuzzi looked very inviting - we always arrived back about the time it closed for evening around 10:30, so can't say much else about it.

There is a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, only drawback was that the corridors are outdoors so it was a bit cold dashing back to our room with wet hair.

The room was very clean and tidy, obviously having been recently refurbished.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The room was clean, complimentary continental breakfast was good and also enjoyed the Great Pool.

The suite was very clean and spacious with the high ceiling, being a loft.

Apart from these issues the room was immaculate and very clean.
