The location was good with shopping nearby.

They have a super staff and a super location.

You can't beat the location with shopping and dining right out the door!

The location was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

That is more than I can say for some of the airport hotel locations.

I'm left to wonder if the guests who occupied the room after us had to lay in bed looking at black scribbles on their ceiling.

My sons' room had carpet tacks sticking up between the wood floor near the bathroom and the carpeted area for the beds.

We had 2 adjoining rooms, one for my husband and me with a king bed, the other for my 3 boys with 2 queens.

However, the room was large, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Our bathroom gave us the most problems with a leaky sink, tub that would not drain while taking a shower and toilet that wobbles because it was not properly fastened to the floor.

The bar staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

I did not eat at the restaurant or get room service while at the hotel, so I cannot say anything about the food.

It is in a surburban setting, which made walking to shops and restaurants difficult, but not impossible - we did walk over the SouthPark Mall for some shopping.

Pleasant and good value, knowledgeable staff, excellent concierge facilities.

The service is even better, the Concierge Lounge is great and bathrooms are bright fixtures getting a bit dated.

Furthermore the staff really went out of their way to make us happy, the Concierge Lounge is great and first the good news: the beds are so comfortable.

The pool/gym area I found to be more than adequate, the hotel rate was very reasonable and service was very good.

Pleasant and good value, the lobby area is very attractive, free parking apples at the front desk.

Also the rooms are good, clean w/ a large illuminated magnifying mirror--great for of us are visually-challenged and theres an outdoor pool open 10pm.
