  Perfect location and great hotel. Home sweet home and excellent price. The staff were incredibly helpful, beds were comfortable and the restaurant had reasonable priced food and was good.

  The location couldn't have been better, the skyline of downtown Charlotte is nice and the service staff are amazing as well. The beds are extremely comfortable and great choice, go for. This facility is wonderful.

  The hotel appeared clean as did our room, staff were welcoming and the employees were very nice and helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was the best I had the entire week.

  The front desk is always professional and courteous, most rooms are updated, pool was ok, parking free and did not pay full price are the only plus.

  The beds were comfortable, the price was good, the food was well prepared.

  The front desk guy was curt and not friendly, omelette Chef was extremely slow, confused and inexperienced. Pool was not clean.
