This top-notch hotel is charming and has a great location in the middle of all the activity. Several attractions are within walking distance, the rooms are cozy, the club level is worth the additional money, the service is great, and the food is delicious. There's also an attractive lobby and an amazing rooftop pool.

Located in historic downtown, the five-star Charleston Place features such attraction as Waterfront Gallery, College of Charleston and Edmondston-Alston House.
Renovated in 2006 it, with its Italian marble lobby and 12 foot crystal chandelier, looks like a 17th century residence.
