not much. I think it was low season and we were the only guests so the breakfast was very basic.

The room was excellent and the food prepared by the owner as per our request was very tasty and the price was also very good for the foods.
The entrance to chada thai house was a bit dark and also one small dog was always after us.there should put a light in front of the hotel gate.

I stayed here on May of 2012. The hotel is nice, clear, good location. The staff is friendly, ve tried to make our stay comfortable.

Though hard to find at first (make sure you take a map to show the driver) the location of this place was excellent. The staff were available at all times and helped as best they could. The room was very neat, tide and clean. I will be staying again. For those interested, there is no joiner fee at this hotel. It is close to shops and the only one street from the beach
If you listened very hard you could hear the music from the bars near by. But you had to try hard to do it. No pool

the tv.....shower was ok too
the owner of the hotel.... she is only interested in telling you she owns the hotel. it was dark small and room smelly. was like a prison camp..you are not treated like a paying customer. there was just a kettle in the room..no water and an empty mini bar. the hotel is tucked away at the end of a small road and impossible to get car near it. you enter the hotel by a small broken wooden gate.. was my worst stay in a thai hotel. the swimming pool is located in the owners garden somwhere! i did not dare try the breakfast!

In rooms on first and second floor you will hear less noise from the bars in the neighborhood every thing looks new and works. Lots of electric outlets in the room
3% extra charge on credit card no safe in the room. Just a drawer with a cheap look

the reception staff was very friendly, the beds are comfortable and clean. the hotel near Avenue Mall.
you can hear the sound of music from nearby bars, but this is pattaya ;)

I had a very bad smell coming out from the bathroom, and with a fully booked hotel I had given no alternative but to live with the smell.
