  Every room will have a great view and was exceptionally quiet, the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Service was good and free internet connection was really useful. The Japanese restaurant was excellent.

  All rooms are on high floors and thus all guests are guaranteed a good view, the hotel location in Shinjuku is very very convenient. Staff speaks English well and tries hard to be helpful, overall, the bathroom is very clean and the shower works great. The Japanese are excellent at service.

  Location is the best in Shinjuku, better than the park hyatt and keio plaza, good value and base for action. Rooms are very nice, the staff are friendly as all Japanese seem to be.

  The views from the higher floors are fantastic and Shinjuku seemed to be the most central place. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed, the daily breakfast served at Tribeks has a good variety of options.

  Very nice location and excellent hotel. Great rates and the lobby area looks fantastic. The staff were very helpful, the bed was very big and there was enough room for us to live comfortably for 5 days.

  Buffet breakfast was approximately $17, and a good way to start a long day of sightseeing, the hotel bar, we did not go there, has amazing views and you can see Mt. The all in one front desk staff were always helpful and our room was decently sized and the bed was comfy.

  We used the spacious and comfortable coffee shop to hold two days of meetings, this hotel is popular and can sell out. The rooms are a good size for Tokyo and definitely are updated.

  Good spacious room excellent views over Shinjuku gyoen park and wonderful Hotel. Especially for the price we paid and courteous, attentive staff. The suite was fantastic.

  Coffee shop offers good view of the area, wonderful Stay and the front desk staff was not friendly and helpful. Room was very clean , and breakfast buffet was great.
