  Location is wonderful and across the street from a mall is very convenient. The hotel itself is very nice and has a great pool area, staff are friendly. Room is big enough, the pillows are huge.

  Great location just of roxas blvd, good hotel and in our Room was no Internet available and I had to go the Lobby to use there the free Wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful, water pressure was OK and was suitably hot, breakfast buffet was very tasty and rich in choices.

  Near the airport, bay area and historical Intramuros, a satisfied stay. Great friday night musical ensemble in the lobby, service is good and the room is clean and large.

  The Chinese restaurant attached to the the hotel is fantastic especially the yum cha and staff are friendly and courteous.

  The hotel has a huge potential in bringing back its former glory and the staff are friendly, evening lounge music by the Orchestra is good. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

  The staff were great and super helpful, the room was most comfortable as was the bed and the shower excellent. Breakfast was also very good and was included in the price.
