I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a quick 10-minute walk to the city center. I was also blown away by the incredible iQ park on-site. The Nostalgia restaurant served amazing homemade food, and the staff provided exceptional customer service. I appreciated the wide range of amenities and services offered, including room service, dry cleaning, and a 24-hour reception. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel Babylon is near highway passing city Liberec. Facility has been built in old industrial quarter, architecture is interesting. To Babylon centre belongs also very nice aqua park, lovely wellness and other interesting stuff.

We ordered 2 days stay, but we quit after first night and moved to another hotel in Liberec (never did such thing before). Main reason was problem with air-conditioning, which was not working. Only way, how to achieve acceptable temperature in the room, was to open windows in the night to busy and noisy street - no sleep in the night at all. I made immediately complaint in the morning to hotel staff and hotel management, but haven't received any reaction in agreed time (5 days). I found that same problem with hot temperature and air-conditioning have also other guests. Other problems: - safe in the room was out-of-order (impossible to repair, specialist needed) - description of rooms was different than reality (no balcony, no sofas - now is description changed) - cameras in wellness changing-room - you have to use some crazy coins in aqua-park, paying with hotel card not supported, no information about that - no towels for use in aqua park (we received some bathrobe after complaint) - poor breakfast Unfortunately I can't say anything good about that hotel. Services standard is in reality between two or three stars. Avoid this hotel.

Food was excellent and the location was convenient. We were close to many attractions and the views were stunning. The free Wi-Fi was also a plus and made it easy to stay connected with friends and family.

The staff was rude and unhelpful, which took away from the overall experience. The room was also dirty and outdated, with uncomfortable beds and no amenities.

Breakfast is good , Christmas eve diner is so expesive. Swimming pool is really good suggest to go.

The hotel location was perfect, situated in the nearby mountains. We could explore the city easily, and restaurants were in close proximity. The room was wonderfully decorated and clean, featuring a well-designed bathroom with modern fixtures. The breakfast was diverse, with both hot and cold options. The Aqua-park facilities were superb, especially the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. the gym had modern equipment, which was great for our workouts.

The staff was not very helpful, making us feel unwelcome at times.

The pool area and water park facilities were amazing, and the architectural design was unique and whimsical. We enjoyed the adventure of exploring the different elevator shafts and floors. The breakfast and dinner buffets were magnificent and reasonably priced. We appreciated the free entrance to the fun parks.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the daily room cleaning service and the comfortable bed that helped me rest well. the location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and enjoying the local attractions. One more advantage was the free parking, which was convenient for traveling with my own car.

communication with staff was challenging as English was not their first language. the hotel lacked the necessary warmth and charm to make my Xmas stay truly memorable.
