The location was perfect, central and near the metro. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The affordable price was great for leisure travel. The room was clean and comfortable. There were many dining options near the hotel. The central location made it easy to explore the city. The old furniture added charm to the place. The cold and hot water dispenser in the lobby was convenient.

The hotel is situated in the center of the town and in several minutes from metro station. It's one of the cheapest hotel there, but it's 100% USSR stile hotel, so comport is not about this place.

The staff were very pleasant and efficiently provided me with registration documentation. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the place was spotless, which is the most important thing for me. The location of the hotel was perfect, right beside the great Lenin monument at the opera house. It was also right in front of the opera house and too close to the city center, making it easy for me to explore many areas of interest in the city. The staff were helpful and friendly, even helping me to order a cheap taxi to the airport.

Price, location. It was nice to have bottled water on the floor, hot and cold.

At first they didn't understand "single occupancy" means single occupancy. There were two beds in the room and the chambermaid asked me which bed I wanted because someone else would come and occupy the bed. I had to argue at reception then they moved me to a smaller room (still with two beds) and I was assured I would be the only one to occupy the room. Every night I stayed there there was constant loud music being played somewhere in the hotel. Thumping, thumping, thumping. Seems like the hotel doesn't care about the sleeping of the guests. Also this hotel is located near outdoor cafes which play very loud music.

This hotel is centrally located, with transportation easily accessible. Nearby are some of the city's most famous landmarks, including the Lenin monument and theater. Our stay was marred by the noise from the ongoing construction work in and around the hotel. It started early in the morning, making it difficult to rest and sleep peacefully.

This hotel is conveniently located near Lenin square and the theater, close to the metro, and in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all major sights. Though the decor is outdated, the housekeeping service provides clean sheets and towels, as well as laundry service for a fee. Some rooms have modern amenities, like new mattresses and renovated bathrooms, though noise from the street can be an issue. The hotel also has a cafeteria with good food and offers affordable rates.

The hotel staff can be hard to communicate with, especially without knowledge of the local language.

The hotel was perfectly located for our New Year's celebrations. It was walking distance to restaurants, shops and the city square where all the festivities took place. The room was also cozy with comfortable bedding and amenities that suited our stay.

The hotel lacked proper heating during our stay, which made the room quite chilly. , the bathroom was in need of renovation.
