Enchanting venue, REASONABLY PRICED food, amazing location in a beautiful area. Reasonably spacious and fashionable rooms with a double bed available. A lot of food at breakfast like fruit and cheese.

Well-appointed and air conditioned units and caring staff that were supposed to give you food on request. Very pleasant building, perfect location so close to the Albergo Centrale for the next two nights, shops and the hotel's cellar restaurant.

The room was exceptionally clean in general, with nice bathroom. It had great and beautiful location, adjacent to centre of Cernobbio, Cernobbio for a business conference at Ville Este and Close to ferry.

Everything was perfect, clean hotel, perfect and excellent location in the Lake Como area. Location: the property was close to ferry or bus, the waterfront, where the ferries up-and-down the lake arrive and depart, and France & Italy. Found Harry's Bar with perfect drinks 200 metres away...

the place was wonderful small, with its lovely friendly staff that were supposed to give you food on request. the hotel was located in a magnificent place, close to a ferry port.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was diagonally across the intersection and within a few minutes walk of the lake. Being in the centre meant that we had easy access to all facilities, including restaurants and shops. The staff were top-notch, providing excellent service from room service to housekeeping. Our room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the view. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities including a hairdryer, free toiletries, television, and a safe. The dining experience was delightful, with a restaurant that offered delicious food and in-room breakfast options. The bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Special diet menus were also available upon request. The leisure facilities, such as the sun terrace and TV room, were a nice touch. Additionally, the on-site car park, luggage storage, locker room, and 24-hour reception provided convenience and peace of mind. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to families.

Location at centre of Cernobbio, however, the square that it faces onto is now a parking lot.

This feels like a family run hotel, but a disfunctional family. Some of the staff appear to have no interest in customers or the hotel. We had one of the weirdest room layouts that I have come across with twin beds in oppostite corners. Noise came through from neighbouring rooms as if the walls did not exist. I was refused a beer on the varanda at 6pm as the were setting up for dinner. The choice at breakfast was very limited: watered down orange juice, sugar dusted crossants and one form of roll, one form of meat, one form of cheese on one day - on the other day no cheese at all. However, my least favourite idiosyncray as a television set in the breakfast room, louding showing the shopping channel.
