Nice bar area, very good hotel for families and service was great value for the money we paid.

Very nice location and we would stay at the Central residence again.

Good location for mountains and hotel staff is excellent.

The location was very good, staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was very big for European standards.

Huge dining area downstairs, friendly personnel and good layered beds for childern.

Le Leysin was a great place to eat put pricey, staff were pleasant and helpful, the room rate was good for this time of year being winter.

The upper dining area served a really good breakfast choice and quite spacious rooms.

Prices are very high on everything including the supermarkets compared to the UK, fresh fruit in the room and the salad bar is great.

The mattress was comfortable and buffet breakfast was excellent.

Furthermore dinner was also nice in the restaurant.

Fabulous kitchens, very good buffet food.

The beautiful views from the room, good value and the staff was great especially the manager was very friendly.

Kids liked the swimming area, great place to stay for family excursions and very friendly staff.

Lovely views from balcony and jacuzzi - makes a good place to spend a wek of ski.

We also didn't visit the pool or club in the hotel so I can't comment on those.

That said, the hotel is about 5-10 minute walk uphill from the ski lifts, may be a problem for those out of shape or not accustomed to walking on a road with ski boots.

The room was circa 1970, and needed an upgrade, but it was extremely clean and well taken care of.

The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious enough and very clean.
