Cheap food, fresh bread, cereals, pastries, fruit, and cheese. Incredible and peaceful location with a bus stop walking distance to the hotel. Set walking distance to bars and restaurants, really helpful staff.

The hotel was fairly clean and in an amazing central setting right on the square. The staff were excellent and the rooms were warm. I didn't want to say goodbye and would stay here again.

The staff are very pleasant and great, everyone. The property has a great and incredible location, near the slopes, bus stop, shops, restaurants and bars.

We stayed at a hotel in this city and it was a fantastic experience. The location was convenient as it was close to everything and a short walk to the ski lift and rental shops. We could easily catch a bus as the stop was just outside the hotel. Furthermore, the staff were helpful and friendly. They even refunded our friend's payment when he had to cancel his trip due to visa issues. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Location is the good thing, and cheap, of course. Reception staff is friendly and efficient.

The housekeepers don't refill the products in the toilet. Noisy beds. The tv is not working (bad signal on most of the channels and the remote was broken). Even though they put signs about taking care of the environment, they don't care about where you leave the towels, they still replace them all every night. Breakfast could be improved a lot.

This place could be perfect for skiing and is a great base for exploring the area, with a comfortable bed, a heating system, and a work desk provided in the room, and breakfast available for a reasonable price of 6 euros per person.

Great location and freindly staff, will definately return again

The hotel was a fabulous base for one night. It had a marvellous and brilliant location close to everything. It was a super close walk to Grandvalira Ski Resort. Additionally, it was not far from the centre and lifts of the resort, bus stop, and the slopes, bus stop.

The hotel is very clean and in a perfect location. The staff are friendly and the breakfast selection is great. The bed is exceptionally comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, resort lifts, and the slopes. it's a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Our city trip was delightful! The hotel was located only a short walk away from the slopes, shops, and restaurants, making it super convenient. The staff was friendly and always happy to help us with anything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the ski locker in the basement, it was a great bonus. Our room was a good size and very warm; we felt comfortable and cozy throughout our stay.

The food was a bit of a letdown, breakfast buffet was a bit limited, and dinner had few options, some of which were lukewarm. We would have appreciated more variety in the dishes offered.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. With affordable prices and attention to detail, it truly exceeds expectations. The hotel's location is perfect as it is close to everything - the bus station, slopes, and right on the square. You couldn't ask for a better location. Additionally, the staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained, including the rooms which are kept very clean. Lastly, the breakfast provided is satisfying, making it a great start to the day.

All was as expected at this hotel.
