Personable staff

Very overpriced if compared to other establishments in the area. Moreover, I overhear conversations at reception that let me think they don't take rate parity seriously at all!

This is a one star hotel in the centre of Sitges and a few minutes from the beach, situated on a quiet side street. The rooms are a good size and the facilities for a one star hotel are good. The inclusive breakfast was basic, however was served upto 11am, which is good for a holiday hotel. I've stayed in other hotels in Sitges with a higher star rating, which did not offer free wifi, have air conditioning, televisions in the room or have a bar so this was a good choice.

I felt very at ease there, the staff were friendly and helpful and the street was quiet although it was close to the town centre.

There is no wi-fi in the rooms... only in the lobby

The staff are very helpful and are always friendly although they are not great English speakers (not a criticism - I should know more Spanish).

The double room I stayed in was very basic; it had no air-con and, instead, had an extremely noisy fan. The cleaners are also very noisy.

Everything was OK, friendly people at a central location.

Found it overpriced, at 100 EUR at low season, but in this place you are like at home.

From the off I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They were really approachable with a relaxed manner and fun sense of humour, as a solo traveller it was nice to be chatted to and asked about how the holiday was going as well as getting suggestions for things to see and do I had booked the hotel last minute and wasn't expecting much to be honest, all I wanted was somewhere to sleep, The room was very clean and I was lucky to have a fair sized terrace as well. Bathroom was small but clean more than big enough for one person not sure how it would work for two as I had a double room. Location couldn't have been better, close to everything including the beach but on a quiet street which meant that you could sit out in the evening while the sun set and relax without too much noise around. The rest of the hotel facilities were basic, bar was ok though very few guests seemed to use it.

The dining room in the basement was a bit depressing to say the least and breakfast was just croissants, coffee and juice, though you could have toast..not much choice. The whole exterior could do with a spruce up and a lick of paint

Friendly staff and centrally located

The breakfast left a lot to the imagination - only puffed up tasteless croissants or a bun. Coffee or hot chocolate and juice. No cold meats or fruit or cooked food, not even eggs - unlike most of the hotels I have previously stayed in there in sitges

the hotel was very centrally located so very convenient for the beach, bars, restaurants and the shops. The hotel staff were very friendly.

I think a little bit more imagination could have gone into the breakfasts. Everyday it was the same thing..coffee, fruit juice, a croissant and a pastry. Some cereals and maybe some fruit would have been a good idea.

Lack of air-conditioning in our room and there could have been a little more available for the 'buffet' breakfast.

Location is perfect. Room itself old bed, not really very nice mattresses but good, safe (2 euros extra per day) and tv (bad sign, music channel did it). Furthermore, the shower is very small so that the shower curtain continually against your body. And I had a morning no water. Toilet and sink were just fine. Workmanship, such as holes in the wall, missing tile in bathroom and things like that. The worst was the heat in the room. A fan (read small fan 24cm diameter) that absolutely no cooling applied. The open window could not really help because of the building across. So no cooling breeze came into the room.

The breakfast - only toast - nothing really for my taste - and I thought it would be better. Another ting is that the pictures of the hotel doesn´t fit - hmm

During our time we had a mobile phone stolen from our room. We found the response from the manager unhelpful. On the basis of this security I would not recommend the hotel The breakfast area is rather depressing being in a basement
