  The location was good, near Victoria Station and a lot of decent restaurants, but not enough to make up for the poor room.

  We have never had a room in the basement before! Every time we used the shower stall, our bathroom got flooded.

  Great Location, better breakfast than at other budget hotels and staff were friendly enough not always prepared to help. The room was very comfortable.

  Easy location to victoria station and clean, i thought this hotel offered a great overall package: good room decor, had friendly staff and functional. The tv was way too tiny.

  Walking distance to main sites in London, the location of the hotel was excellent and the front desk staff was great. Additionally because the room was so average forced us to get out, breakfast was good.

  Location - in pleasant area of London, excellent buffet breakfast - great variety & quality & cleanliness and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very small.

  Functional and in a great location, good enough for a short stay in London. Helpful 24-hour reception, clean rooms and breakfast small.

  Very well located and the hotel was in a very good location good bus links to city centre. Staff were friendly and had clean bed linen.

  I liked only location, very close to Victoria Station and would recommend for a good value short stay. Free wi-fi access.

  They shouldn't have been charged as the same price and the staff inability to carry out the most simplest of requests--an early morning call. Need to improve breakfast layout - toast making is in small corner over fridge & by crockery.

  The location was good and most importantly was close to Victoria Station. The hotel was clean, staff were helpful and as expected for the price the rooms were compact. Breakfast was fine.

  We thought the miniature elevator was amusing, due to the lack of blinds only curtains were available and the receptionist was not nice or helpfull at all.
