      The location is fantastic and lambton Quay shops on one side and the Courtenay Place entertainment area on the other. Hot water took a long time to come through, pillows Spare pillows Great shower.

      Anywhere away from the lobby has a funny smell and cracked basin, breakfast order wasn't exactly we ordered.

      Near to lots of shops and easy walking distance to anywhere. Decent value for money and price excellent. Staff were amazing and helpful, the room was excellent, clean and spacious.

      The stove top was dirty and the cracked toilet surround was disgusting.

      Proximity to central Wellington, the location of the hotel was ideal for we needed and the staff were very friendly and made an exception to let my husband. The room was clean.
