Very near to the train station, central location and this hotel is good located.

The location is perfect, close to Central Station and you get good rooms in good hotel for the same rate.

Location near Dom, central station and just a few meters away from the dome.

As soon as you come out of the main train station it is literally a 3 minute walk to the hotel.

Our room was a double which had sufficient space for 2 people, a wardrobe, desk with tea/coffee making facilities, TV, phone, 2 chairs, a reasonably priced mini-bar and a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, soap and shampoo sachets and towels.

The bed linen and towels were changed daily.

It's not the kind of hotel you can just ask for another room at, from what I understand all the rooms have a disadvantage of some sort (small, smells, etc).

Our double room had two single beds and was tiny but clean and comfortable.

Cologne is fantastic, there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity giving us an opportunity to try various cuisines and the staff are very friendly.

The view from our room was towards a small, quiet square containg the St Andreas church and the Deutsche bank and directly above the bar/restaurant of the hotel.

The bar/restaurant downstairs (Bankers) is separate to the hotel but it is excellent.

The pillows were exceptionaly good and offered free breakfast.

The breakfast was better than I expected, the buffet was served 7 - 10am (7 -11 am sat/sun) and included scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, a variety of breads and condiments, plates of cheese and meats, cornflakes/muesli, fruit sald and drinks.

The reception staff were friendly, room was of adequate size.

The location was perfect, the stuff was friendly and the reception staff was very helpful and nice.

Location was excellent, everything int he hotel was very good and the lobby staff was very welcoming.

One complaint was that the hotel says it has a pool and fitness center, but that is actually down the street and around the corner.

The website describes a fitness centre with a pool etc, there was no mention of this by the staff, this needs checking out, trades description act etc!

Shower room was clean and we had a nice choice of food.

Clean comfortable beds, coffee wasn't the best I've had.
