  The rooms were very clean and tidy as was the bathroom, the staff were very helpful in suggesting a restaurant for breakfast.

  No taxi drivers had heard about the hotel and we gor nervous, reception was on the first floor , and not smart at all.

  Excellent central location, very nice place and staff were lovely and helpful as was everyone in Iceland. The rooms saw better days.

  Excellent location for closeness to town and a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and the superior room is just adaquate. The free breakfast is great and a huge money saver.

  Location was central & conveient to lots, staff were cordial and helpfull, the hotel was very helpful in assisting in its retrieval. The service was great and the room was light and bright.

  The location was right in the middle of the main high street in Reykjavik and the hotel staff were kind and courteous and we really enjoyed out stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

  Location wise, 's the best that you'll find in Reykjavik and the CenterHotel Skjaldbreid doesnt get more Central in Reykjavic. Staff can arrange trips/excursions for you and are very helpful, the rooms are clean, neat and tidy.
