The hotel is located close to the city and market. Staff is very friendly and from reception to cleaning staff. I think it's well worth paying a bit more for the deluxe as you get a very nice view. Reception staff spoke English very well. Good beds.Breakfast is extra, about 200 Bht and has a Thai and continental buffet. Both were well presented and adequate.

Exterior could use a can of paint, it looks a quite grubby at arrival.

The hotel also offered a variety of dining options, including a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar, providing a range of delicious cuisines to satisfy any palate.

I would highly recommend this place to others. The location, service, and amenities provided ensure that guests are able to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Hotel ok for the price. The restaurant by the lake was quite good. Name a bit misleading though. You can see a hill, youre not on it.

Spent my New Year in this amazing hotel and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The pool was one of the best I've ever swam in and the gym was well-equipped, which I appreciated. the room had a breathtaking view, which was the cherry on top. the location was prime as it was near several restaurants and shopping areas.

I must admit that the hotel could use some renovations as the room was outdated and the water pressure in the shower was quite low. The breakfast was decent but could've offered more variety in terms of salads.

The staff was friendly and the location was easy to reach from the main highway. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. I was impressed with my experience at Centra Hotel.
