I really liked this hotel best because it offers value for money.
Given the extremely low price, I think the hotel was outstanding.
It is nowhere near the price of other CM hotels, but as far as value goes, it cannot be beaten.
Overall, the hotel was very clean, and good value for money.

Upon arrival was told that no club rooms were available so was upgraded to a suite - basically two connecting rooms, one room with a sofa instead of a bed.
The rooms are very large and have 2 full bedrooms and 2 baths connected by a living room and most important are at the end of the hall and cover the entire end of the hotel with basically full length windows and a study area.
The rooms had a view of the city and it was a fairly large room with a separate shower and a bath tub.
Our superior room was enormous, with 2 large windows offering lovely views over the city, a comfortable bed and new furniture.
CentralPlaza Chiang Mai Airport provided free hourly shuttle between hotels in the area and the Shopping Mall, which had Robinson dept store, Tops supermarket, cinema, numerous shops, food court, restaurants.
Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice from continental, american, british cooked and asian breakfasts.
The breakfast was fine and the various bars and restaurants around the hotel appeared fine.
Hotel's main restaurant is horrible, we tried to eat there for lunch, well, it was my worst lunch ever, we gave back our dishes, it was really un-eatable (first time in my whole life I had to do this!
The breakfast buffet (which was included in my room price) was quite good -- had a lot of selection, however on my next to last day there I saw a cockroach crawling on the counter where the plates were stacked in the restaurant.
Service was good, right from the reception to the concierge.
The location is excellent, hotel is just 20 mins from Airport and front desk staff are really helpful.

The service given by the tour information representative was excellent and the receptionist at the Duangtawan was especially friendly and helpful.
The building is kind of strange, hotel's lobby is on the second floor, and while we were there, one elevator was out of service, and the others elevators were VERY slow and busy.
The pool and gym are at fourth floor level: the pool is good but expect another long wait for the lift.
Marble staircase leading up to a mega lobby where four lifts took you up to the rooms.
Clean and spacious rooms, exquisite food sounds odd.
Brilliant service, convenient early luggage check-in and clean & well appointed room.
Though the room is relatively clean, they should really change the carpeting and the curtains cos it makes the room look very gloomy and dark.
The room is big and clean, the swimming pool is lovely.
Staff are friendly particularly door staff, the rooms are sparkling clean and excellent breakfast full of choices.
