Recently renovated very good budget hotel with picturesque views of the beach.

I spend 2 nights in Cancun really good. The room was very twin, very comfy bed. The staff were extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating, overall.

The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet offered enough options, including vegetarian choices. The room was clean with a large comfortable bed. The pools and beach were great, with clear water and plenty of water activities. The bar and food were excellent, and the reserved dinner was a unique and enjoyable experience. a smaller resort that offered excellent value for money.

Would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was cheap, the room was new-fashioned with air con, creative style and fresh sheets, more than enough for the trip. The service here was great.

Standard triple room with which was a lot nicer and clean towels, as for instance was ready when we checked-in.

Impeccably clean hotel in a beautiful building next to California and the ferries and the restaurant overlooking another pool, with a cocktail bar and the people who did the music and water activities-Elliot and Betsa. The location handy and comfortable on nice beach. And just close to Bungee in Cancun.

The vibe here was comfortable. The room I booked was kept spotlessly clean and available with balcony and fresh sheets, for example. Met exceptionally helpful and hard-working staff that offered a good service. The pool area was clean and the location was peaceful and the best, next to the shopping Plazas, nightlife and excursions, the public beach and La Parilla restaurant.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, large shower room. Lovely beach with comfy sunloungers. Big clean room, free safe. Mexican fiesta night staff were friendly.

Very good price for this time of the year and area of Cancun.

Sometimes it took a bit too long to get things fixed or done.

I enjoyed most the checking out and leaving, been here twice, first and last time, hell on earth.

The biggest dump I have ever seen, you have to stand in line for everything, breakfast, dinner, drinks. quality of food and beverages is poor, average guests makes you be glad with your own maid being classy after all. Far too expensive for what you get, not enough chairs, dirty beaches and they charge you for everything extra. even the safe.

During our stay here, we had an amazing time exploring this venue. The location is perfect as we can take the boat trips right next to this hotel. Moreover, the beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel look enchanting, especially at night. The room service is commendable, and we loved the fact that we could hire bicycles and cars on-site. The staff here are friendly and helpful, especially our personal waiter who provided us with excellent service.

This place is highly recommended for families with young children since there is a fantastic kids park, beach access, and a children's pool available for them.

The atmosphere of the hotel is comfortable. Their rooms are always decent size and recently renovated with fresh sheets and clean towels and a single bed. The breakfast is good hot and inclusive, offered with sodas, deserts and also pork.

Hotel was well-kept and newly remodelled, I greatly enjoyed the stay.

Reasonably clean and the staff was very professional and hard-working. The place had a comfortable atmosphere. My room included a nice balcony and WiFi. Its location was the best, enough to get the guests involved in activities. There was a primary restaurant nearby. The free parking was outside the hotel, excellent service.

I thought this place was great, it had everything you would want, great food and the breakfast included in the room price was very nice. Being close to the beach was nice and lots of pools to choose from. The rooms were nice but we did have to ask to move from our first one because the air-con was way to noisy, and staff was nice enough to move us to an even better room.

That it was hard to find, it seemed to hide between other buildings. Air con way to noisy in first room.
