The room was nice and the bed was excellent. Spa attendance no problem off season Staff was friendly and paid attention to your needs

No elevator and no luaqgge carrier (chariot)

The location is very good, very good climate in August.

The restaurant offering dinner does not have a varied menu and they are not very flexible in accomodating special wishes. Estetically the hotel is not very taken care of. The garden is neglected and dry.

Beautiful grounds and region.

We travelled in mid June - obviously we were ahead of the tourist seqason, as the pool and other facilities were just being readied. The first room they gave us had tiny ants all over the floor - they provided us with another room that had no view, but no ants either.

Bed was comfotable and the garden and surroundings are well kept

Pillows a bit smelly, specially one which was unbearable. They should clean/wash them often, this happens in many hotels. At reception they told us we could throw the former gentleman's underwear, red boxers, we found in the wardrobe next to other pillows, not very pleasant indeed. They finally did it. Food in the restaurant was not good, therefore expensive, and the waitress got extrmly crossed when I complained about the bad q, the menu wine was awful too, when the region offers excellent affordable wines. Breakfast was better. I guess it's better in summer as a family resort, but as it is quite far from everywhere and roads in the area are complex, I would suggest choosing another hotel. This was also a bit expensive for the low season.

Room extrremely comfortable especially the bed and pillows. Lovely pool and grounds, very pleasant and helpful staff and good restaurant.
