Nice stay, as always. Newly decorated hotel, cheap rooms, the staff was nice. A storage and a writing desk in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Marvellous location and comfortable facilities. Walking distance to a mini mart and a grocery store across the street. Excellent restaurant and nice meal.

Efficient staff, the breakfasts are FREE at front desk. The location is decent and ideal and it is close enough to theatre as well as Siskiyou Mountain Park.

The place was reasonably clean, I booked the queen room with views of garden, everything was perfect. Its location a few steps away from First Presbyterian was decent and perfect. Every member of the staff was fairly friendly.

All in all nice location, next to the "Cedarwood Inn ", Ashland for the Shakespeare Festival and restaurants, groceries and downtown. Also, to a grocery store. Great place to stay for a trip to Ashland.
