my recent stay in aix-les-bains was a pleasant surprise. despite the slightly worn-out feel, hotel le colibri exceeded my expectations. it was conveniently located, clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. the friendly owner made my experience even better. definitely great value for money.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in the heart of the town and close to everything. I particularly enjoyed being able to easily access the nearby golf course. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, with the receptionists being lovely and helpful. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the fans provided were sufficient to keep the room cool during the hot summer nights. it was a good value for the price.
The pictures of the hotel online were slightly misleading, as the pool area had knee-length weeds and grass during my visit.

Perfect kind staff. Free internet (but you have to register first!) Perfect location nearby supermarket monoprix (Rue Casino 10), railway station and city center

The owner was great, room was comfortable and good value and we enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff were wonderful, really polite, friendly and charming. Breakfast was fresh and really good too. Although the room was small, it was neat and comfortable and very clean. We both really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Good location, between the station and centre of town. Good value for money. Friendly owners.
Reception is shut between 12.00 and 17.00, so wasn't able to check in or drop my luggage off; would have been a problem if I had lots of luggage.
