I always stay here when in Neuss. The staff helped me exchange money on my first visit. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, late check-in, bar, restaurant, laundry. Coming back for New Year!

Excellent value for money; short distance to the highway but still very quiet.

For the price I paid, I got great value for my money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was impressive. The location was convenient, close to public transport and a shopping center. The staff were friendly and provided helpful tips for getting around.

The breakfast option could have been improved with better replenishment. At 9:00, it seemed like nothing had been refreshed since it started at 6:00.

It provided all the basic requirements for our business trip without any fuss or overcomplication

It was located in the wrong area for our work programme, which was to visit the 'K' show on a daily basis, and also there was a shortage of fried scrambled egg for breakfast, probably due to it being so popular with all the guests at that particular time.

Loved exploring historic Dusseldorf and Neuss, but thankfully the hotel had free parking so I didn't have to tire myself out searching for a spot. Plus, they gave me free water! So generous.

Oh, what a shame! No interesting restaurants nearby, just a relaxing fifteen-minute walk to the nearest town.

The woman on reception was particularly good, friendly and helpful. The bathroom was of a very high standard

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was quite convenient, especially for those traveling by car. The free spacious parking was a bonus. It was also near the train station, making it easy to reach the city center or exhibition center. In my room, there was an electric kettle, as well as tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The room itself was a good size and quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of hot and cold items to choose from. I particularly enjoyed being able to order extras, like fried eggs.

The breakfast selection is fantastic, with a variety of bread, rolls, and breakfast items to choose from. the room and bathroom are incredibly spacious, with friendly staff offering helpful service during my stay.

There were a few issues I experienced during my Easter stay. The lack of air conditioning combined with the room's location in direct sunlight made it uncomfortably hot at times.
