The history of this hotel is incredible - so interesting, the building is very nice and the prices are incredibly reasonable.
The neighborhood location of this hotel leads you to feel that you are a resident, not a tourist staying at a large resort.
Elegant accomodations in a perfect location and hotel staff were very accomodating.

The location is perfect and all the sites in the town are a short walk up the main street.
Especially appreciated were the comfortable bed, the satellite TV, the full-sized shower (though with an ineffective door), and the wooden shutters that allowed us to completely darken the room.
I had a beautiful room with acomfortable bed, very quiet, hearing the church bells ring every hour, which added beautifully to the ambience.
Plenty of room, bathrooms immaculate, BBC world news channel, phone, ac/heat.
The staff was extremely helpful one night at midnight, room was good sized as was the bath.

Parking is not easy but there is street parking on a side street about 5 minutes away from hotel.
The hotel provided a permit allowing free parking on the city streets; parking was only a mild hassle.
That aside, they could not have been nicer in accomodating the car we had by giving us a parking pass to park one block away.
Each night, I returned to an immaculately clean and cool room.
