Hotel Cataratas Puerto Iguazu - Puerto Iguazú

Very well located and comfort -- excellent location to visit iguazu.

This was a great hotel, in a great location.

Good location, 15 min by cab for the park and 5 min to town.

Access to the national park was easy via the public bus system, and taxi rides to the town of Puerto Iguazu were cheap.

The hotel is located at most 20 minutes from Iguauzu Falls and 30 minutes from the airport.

Booked a "suite," which was a huge room with a king bed, plus a smaller room with 2 single beds.

The room service was good with fresh towels provided twice a day (unasked) and the bed turned down at night.

The room is large, but there are 2 straight back chairs that were not designed to fit the human body, so you end up sitting on the bed.

The rooms were large and clean, the bed huge and comfortable.

This hotel has great staff, big rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and a very nice great pool area!

There are 3 eating venues, the main restaurant, a separate snack bar open from 7am to midnight serving things like hamburgers and sandwiches, and a parilla.

Included breakfast was good, and the hotel restaurants generally served good food.

The restaurant was above average, with a wide variety provided in the buffet dinner and breakfast.

The only thing is that the hotel restaurants' buffet wasn't very good at all, but we did end up going to a restaurant (La Rueda) in Puerto Iguazu town, which was great.

Plan on eating in the restaurants in town for better meals.

Restaurants staff is excellent, Front desk OK.

Service at reception was shocking - asked clerk to give change for a 50 peso note - answer "no.

Generally poolside service is overpriced and not very good.

The spa services were good as was the late night entertainment.

They also have a great spa area with an indoor pool, gym equipment, massages, and a relaxation room.

There is a games room with a pool table and table tennis table, a gym, a tennis court, a soccer field and a mini golf green, and swings/play gym for children.

Large, clean rooms with good breakfast buffet.

The hotel was clean, there were two large TVs in the suite.
