Quite good location and being able to take the tram to main squares.

Although it's on the outskirts of Brussels, it is still easy to reach and in a pleasant & quiet location.

To get there from the Midi station, the easiest way is to take the Metro to Louise and then change to the 92 tram.

As it is further from the centre it is considerably lower in cost than more central hotels, but you need to be prepared to take a tram (number 92 for about 15 minutes) or taxi (or 30 minute walk) to the centre.

The rooms are new and clean, the bed comfortable and the TV working but with few channels.

Rooms were clean and well furnished with good sized en suite bathrooms.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was basic but filling, rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were HUGE (loved the towel warmer!

Our room was not particularly large but was good value with an excellent bathroom.

Bed was comfortable, but it was two twins pushed together, so beware if you want a larger bed that you probably won't get it.

There is a good selection of restaurants in this area of all cuisines and nationalities, and again the prices are better than the centre.

It felt perfectly safe to walk at night (and we did walk into town once which took us about 40 minutes), although there aren't many shops or restaurants close by and the hotel staff recommended that we go into the city centre to eat in the evening.
