Very good located in the shopping area of Salamanca, the location of this hotel is fantastic.

The location in a quiet, good value for money and very polite staff that speaks english.

Excellent location, photos reflect well the hotel facilities and the rooms are relatively spacious.

The taxi fare from the airport was just over 30 Euros, the staff were all polite and helpful, the room was very good.

A very nice area in Madrid, great location - the Metro Velazquez station is only a few meters from the hotel entrance.

    The location was perfect and the hotel staff was most courteous and helpful. The shower was excellent and the buffet breakfast was very good.

    The location is great, the street is very busy and i wouldn't call a luxury hotel. Rooms are large and there is a late checkout option.

    The reception is very small, all the receptionists are not well trained in order to deal and had to work some hours in the bar sit in a quite uncomfortable chair. Bathtub rubbers need to be fixed, i would have liked tea.
