Head north on Carretera Zihuatanejo - Aeropuerto toward Carretera Aeropuerto – Zihuatanejo, Carretera Zihuatanejo - Aeropuerto turns slightly right and becomes Carretera Aeropuerto – Zihuatanejo, take slight left to stay on Carretera Aeropuerto – Zihuatanejo, continue onto Petatlan - Zihuatanejo/Carretera Federal 200/Mexico 200, turn left onto Del Mango, take slight right onto Paseo de La Boquita, continue onto Ejercito Mexicano, at the roundabout, take the third exit onto Paseo del Palmar, continue onto Paseo de La Bahia, follow straight onto Escenica La Ropa and turn left to stay on Escenica La Ropa.

      A small price to pay for such beautiful surroundings and the Hotel Catalina is very quaint and romantic. The rate is decent and sunset bar and the lobby all have excellent views of LaRopa beach. The staff is wonderful and  a gecko in the room is good luck.

      Great staff and service, clear water. The sunset bar was nice and the food was only adequate from our findings at the Catalina. The pool was gorgeous.

       food is amazing everywhere and uniquely Mexican experience that is clean, comfortable. The infinity pool is great.

      Our view was amazing, the taxi drivers were always very courteous and professional, all of the beach restaurants were good. This place was fantastic and the new lobby looked like was going to be big, bright. The staff were really helpful, water was warm and the bar crowd seemed to die down once happy hour was over. The food was excellent, beautiful infinity pool that was usually pretty quiet.
