Convenience and quality of rooms and facilities
Having to call the guard gate at every entrance is a pain. Also one of our keys lost it's "access" and office hours were very limited

I liked the facility. The pool and the jacuzzi were excellent. The location is good if you are willing to travel, 2 hours to Orlando, 2 hours to Miami, 2hours to the Everglades National Park and 25 minutes to the closest beach.
The house were supposed to hold 8 people, but actually it only had to beds, king and queen sizes. The couches in the living room were not convertible.

Convenient and our small family was accommodated comfortably. The pool was grear.

never got coffee I had to go buy my coffe to make coffee. Never sweep or clean bothrooms just put new towels in and made the beds that was all they did. Sorry the place is not worth the price.
you gave me a price of 386.00 they charge me 484.00 for that place it was a rip off.

No house keeping. Had o ask twice for clean towels, never ot wash clothes. Hair everywhere. Had to vacume room myself before unpacking.
