    We liked the location, 10 blocks from the Boardwalk (excerise needed), and the best of all, a ocean view room at a reasonable price compared to other area hotels.

    I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and very good hospitality.

    Spacious and nice view of ocean, hotel was great for the price.

    I've been going to Ocean City every few years since 1979 and even though this hotel was one of the nicer ones I have stayed at, I feel its overpriced for what you get.

    This hotel has a nice central location, not ON the boardwalk but close to it.

    The location is also unbeatable at 37th Street.

    The main attraction of the hotel is its location and the affordable rates.

    We also wanted to be near some of the nightlife but we knew we could take the bus.

    It is a ten minute walk to the boardwalk where all the attractions are but the bus is two bucks a day for unlimited rides and runs all night so that was really not an issue.

    The size of the unit was very large consisting of a bedroom with two beds, full kitchen, bathroom, and living room with a sleep sofa.

    Our suite (consists of a queen bed in a very small room, a kitchenette, and a pull out sleeper sofa) overlooked the pool on one end and the bar on the other end.

    Basically, there was room to walk around the bed and the open pull-out took up all of the living room space.

    This room had two double beds and would be large enough to share with kids if you can't afford a suite.

    We had a 2-room suite, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and right on the beach.

    The hotel has an outdoor bar/grill (restaurant) and the waitresses also come down to the beach to serve you whatever you want from their huge menu (food and drinks).

    Didn't try their breakfast or dinner buffets but we absolutely loved their oceanfront bar and grille Coconuts for lunch each day!

    The restaurant serves great food from breakfast to dinner.

    On a positive note, the access to the beach was great and the outdoor bar/restaurant was a nice hangout that offered good food.

    Unimpressed with the "restaurant" and the breakfast buffet.

    Hotel staff was nice, the front desk employees were very pleasant and the beds in the bedroom were much more comfortable.

    The hotel staff was very friendly and the service was great.

    Excellent service though, can't say enough of their staff.

    The front desk worker, Guy, who spoke with me on the phone to book the reservation totally lied to me.

    The pool was nice too, and my kids enjoyed it.

    First the bad the outdoor pool is NOT heated.

    The section of the hotel we stayed at was very quiet, and it was not high up (only 5 floors) so there was not a long wait for the elevator and it was easy to take the steps.

    Bathroom were spotless and the pool was clean.

    Bottom line: room was large, comfortable and clean.

    The rooms are clean and we had a beautiful view of the ocean.

    The room was wonderful: nice size, beautiful views and very clean.

    The staff is awesome and the room is clean and organized.

      Beautiful views, clean place and the beach house restaurant makes great food. Moreover reasonable rates, very friendly staff at all times and balcony w/ privacy on either side made sitting out enjoyable. Seafood buffet was good for the price and the pool was nice too.

      The view was beautiful and the hotel had a great little restaurant. The staff was very friendly and vCR/tv worked fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent for the price and the pool was clean and large.

      Great location steps from the beach, after reading the good reviews for this hotel and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and the pool was beautiful.

      A few blocks from a great putt putt golf center, perfect place to crash for a girls-weekend-away and the staff is VERY nice. The rooms are luxurious.

      Spacious and nice view of ocean, hotel was great for the price. I ended up staying at the Seabony the staff was very friendly and helpful, each room was clean, the pool was sparkling.

      Location is perfect, castle in the Sand is a great place for couples or families and all the staff are friendly and professional. The beds are rather comfortable and the food is excellent. The waitresses come out to you to serve you a tasty beverage and a big pool on the ground floor for even more things to do.
