  The hotel is being renovated, as has seen better days and the service, in the beginning could be described as lackadaisical at best.

  The staff were great, beds and sheets were clean and soft.

  The hotel was a little dated only had the European portable air conditioners and gym was not impressive.

  Large balcony over looking pool and gardens, good food.

  Free internet and free long distance, pleasant view. Just a very relaxing overnight stay, great price and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the different temperature soaking pools were especially nice.

  The surroundings of this complex are serene and lovely, this place is just darling. The staff is very helpful and yes, the rooms have vaulted ceilings, big deal. Great food, even better deal.

  The location was perfect for golf course, and trips to San Diego/shopping etc, beds and decor were new and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the room was very large and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. The 4 tiered and heated soaking pools were the best.

  The location of the hotel was convenient to the freeway and staff were friendly. The soaking tubs were nice.

  The front desk lady was very helpful and even looked up the number to the local pizza place, the staff were very personable and very kind. Bathroom was very clean.
